These are active speakers; they are meant to be driven directly from a balanced pre-amp (or a DAC, in my case the Mytek Brooklyn); the power amps are built into the speakers and the sub-woofer, and one can swap expensive speaker cables for cheap microphone cables.

This is a truly wonderful monitoring system, and it's for sale only because I've "graduated" to larger 3-way Adams (I'm keeping another pair of Adams in my office).
These are in A1 clean condition and have never been toured or abused.
