Amp has capacitors replaced and otherwise updated by Steve at Stargate last year.
The amp will now work indefinitely under normal circumstances, and also means that the heat production is noticeably reduced (if you are not familiar with these amps, they run very hot normally).
I bought it knowing I would have to have it redone, so I did not care about the physical appearance. Now relocating and need a 220 V amp. I regret having to give up the amp. Photos show stock units.

I tried to contact Steve about a 220 V conversion for my amp which he had rebuilt, but the [filtered] is disconnected, the website is down, and the [filtered] I sent did not bounce, but I received no reply. We have to assume that Steve is no more, either retired or doing something else. This is a loss of course, as he was one of the few people left thoroughly versed with these amps.
if you find out anything else please let me know.
