Wilson Audio MAXX Series 2, Southern California, $8,500 below Blue Book

Wilson Audio MAXX Series 2 complete with original crates, owner's book, tool kit, casters, touch up paint, and six piece grille set in Parchment.

NOTES
-The MAXX Series 2 sold for $48,900 in 2009.  
-It was replaced in 2010 by the $68,000 Series 3.  
-Audiogon Blue Book average is $22,279. My price is $8,500 below Blue Book and just 28% of the original retail price. 
-This pair is not mint, but is in good used condition.They appear basically new from the listening positioning. 
-Some imperfections including hairline splits in the automotive paint near the top of the bass cabinets; also near the base above the casters as photographed. This splitting over time is very typical of Wilson designs.  
-Foam diffraction pads are in good shape apart from some erosion at the grille pin inserts as pictured. They do not need to be replaced at this time.  
-Parchment grilles have two small holes but are otherwise free of any snags or pulls. They are dusty.  
-Cabinets may have other minor blemishes, none larger than 3mm. Just received a touch up kit, paint matched by serial # to these exact speakers, directly from Wilson Audio.

I have all accessories as new except for the flat jack (I may still find this, but assume it is not included). Although I do have the crates for both the bass cabinets and the head units, this sale is for local pickup only.

TERMS  
1. Buyer must pick this up in Santa Barbara with two people capable of crating and loading them.  
2. Will require a large vehicle (Sprinter, etc) or U Haul to transport them.  
3. Speakers can be demonstrated and inspected prior to ownership changing hands.  
4. I can send additional photos to series buyers only.   
5. I promise not to waste your time if you don't waste mine. If you are contacting me, it means you a) have the funds to buy these and the means to pick up and transport them; b) know what they are and how to properly install them, and c) own the electronics (amplification) capable of driving them.
