If you're an audiophile, it's been impossible to avoid the hype these speakers have received since Day 1 of their debut . . . and they deserve every word of it.  
I've been an "audiophile on a budget" ever since my teenage years. So I've always owned "decent" equipment (lately a pair of Klipsch RP-600M), but this was the first time a piece of equipment literally took my breath away from the first listen. They represent that much of a step up from decent to true audiophile performance.  
So, of course, the question is "Why sell them?". Fair point - the answer is I loved them so much I sprung for the more recent LS-50 Meta's. So my new splurge is now your opportunity to enjoy these a a great price.

The Absolute Sound - The KEF LS50 is one of the most all-around-satisfying little speakers I’ve reviewed in some time. Construction and execution are exemplary.
