Up for sale is a pair of Ascend Acoustics Sierra 2 speakers in natural Bamboo finish. This is the Seas Curv woofer version with the Raal ribbon tweeter. This version is very neutral sounding with near ruler-flat response curve. The tweeter is extremely fast and extended and the integration between the drivers is stellar. This is a well-designed speaker that probably deserves more recognition than it gets. They’re also easy to drive.
I have the speakers on black Solid Steel SS-6 speaker stands ($649/pair) which match the speaker about perfectly. The stands are available separately. The top plate of the stand is the exact width of the speakers and beveled edge mates the speaker and stand perfectly. I’ve used Blue Tac to secure the speakers to the stands and can include some upon request. This setup works and sounds great and I would prefer to sell it together! I do not have the boxes for the stands but I do have the floor-spikes.
