Comes with a copy of owners manual, remote control and standard power cord. 
This unit has no upgrades we called ps audio to confirm its a straightforward MKII. It's in over all great condition. I rate things very conservativly and this is a 7/10 only because the top gloss black has very very slight imperfections. I could have easily rated an 8 but that is why we have 100% feedback for what like the beginning of audiogon at least 15 years.
