General Electric 12AY7 Vintage Preamp Vacuum Tube

Grey plates, large angled square getter, clean pins with 1953-1955 packing dates. Very rare units. If you need a matched pair just ask. I'll mark tubes as unavailable as they sell.

Great tubes for 1950's or repro Tweed Fender amplifiers
such as the Bassman and Twin amp, military \ civilian radios, and any other equipment calling for 12AY7 tubes.

All are in new in box condition in original packaging with the original signature brown cushioning material. Silk screen is perfect.  Tubes
all tested better than nominal manufacturer specs on my optimized curve tracer & Hickok 600A tester (Hickok 600A used for shorts test).

Values for plate current, plate resistance, transconductance, and voltage gain are detailed below.

Corners
test simulates natural voltage spikes under real operating conditions and
tracks plate current variations.
