This looker has what it takes to mesmerize! It's finished in a white pearl powder coat and it oozes sex appeal. But what's under the hood of this sleeper is even better. Here's what's been done:
** White Pearl powdercoated top and bottom covers
** All electrolytic, ceramic and film capacitors were replaced (Nichicon KZ, polymer, NP0/C0G ceramics, and polypropylene/film caps for signal path)
** All diodes were replaced/upgraded except the germanium ones for the meters
** All resistors were replaced/upgraded to 1% tolerance metal film (some higher wattage ones are 5% tolerance metal film)
** All transistors and diodes replaced/upgraded
** New bulb for meter lamp and all new fuses
** Potentiometers (removed from boards) and switches received the prerequisite Deoxit cleaning
** Main filter caps upped from 6800uF to 10,000uF and bypassed with polypropylene caps
If you can find a better sounding and looking 5700, buy it...but you ain't gonna find one. ;-)
