Rare find Wharfedale Sand Filled Baffle loudspeakers. These have been restored and refinished. All original drivers and crossover caps. The speaker is an open baffle speaker comprising of a woofer midrange and upward firing tweeter. All original working Wharfedale units!! The tweeter were not mirror images but the restorer accommodated mirror imaging if wanted. (Much better soundstage and imaging this way). The cabinets and grill cloth is in decent presentable shape no tears or nicks.
The cabinets are the USA deluxe Windsor type. The baffle as the design requires is sand filled and sealed. Each speaker comprising of a W12SFB 12” paper cone woofer, a 10” Bronze CSB paper cone midrange mounted close to one another and wired in parallel to improve “…mutual radiation impedance”. A Super 3 3” tweeter is mounted on its own baffle to the rear firing upwards and fed via a 4uf capacitor. Frequency response is quoted as 20 Hz - 20 kHz with the bass resonance as low as 30 - 35cps. All drivers have nominal 15 ohm impedance, plastic foam surrounds, no spiders, and ALNICO magnets to control cone excursion.

Please measure the size in cm (height, width, depth) and weight after packing ? It is suggested to pack by carton and stick with masking tape
