Sumiko S.5, 8", 250 Watt peak Subwoofer - Piano Black

It seems just about everybody is building a subwoofer these days.  Many are just a driver in a box with a plate amp.  But, some are actually well designed, tuned and provide performance beyond what their price would lead you to believe.  

Sumiko has been at it for a while and their subs use similar connection methods to REL. in addition to cabinet design and amplifiers found in higher end models.  

These little subs are surprisingly good for smaller home theater applications as well as low-end reinforcement in 2-channel music systems, especially when run in pairs.

This is an open box sub that was tested on our service bench and is working perfectly.
