Quad VA-One headphone/speaker integrated amp. updated tubes!

This is a tube integrated amp and headphone amp with a built-in dac.   I bought it primarily for a headphone amp and it is STUNNING driving Focals, Sennheisers, Hifiman.   I've been a hard-core headphone guy for fifteen years and this is one great amp.   I like these Quad tube amps so much I replaced it with a Quad preamp/headphone amp. 

This uses EL84 tube (my all-time favorite!) and after I'd had it six months I decided to hook it up to my Proac Tablette Tens just to hear how it sounded.   It sounded like my Quad ESL'S!!!  Was just amazing - voices were incredible.   I've used it on my Quads and that was a great combination too.   I've also hooked up a preamp to it and used it just as an amp - that was great too. 

So this is a headphone amp, integrated amp, power amp, and dac.  It's something you can have a lot of fun with.   I've really enjoyed owning it but my closet is just overflowing with gear so I'm cleaning it out.  

ALL the tubes are updated - no stock tubes in this amp!   The 12AU7's are fancy ($150 a pair) NOS French tubes I got from Kevin Deal.   

Unit is in perfect condition and ships in original box.
