Shielded RCA cables, 1 meter in length. Assembled in USA. These cables gave me full, crisp sound across the spectrum. These cables provide great detail and bass control without coloring the sound at all.
About the Conductors:
The signal conductor is a Duelund Coherent Audio pure silver foil. This high-purity silver conductor helps transmit fine details without adding any additional brightness or harshness. The foil configuration helps mitigate electron skin effects, resulting in a very tight, crisp sound profile.
About the Connectors:
Keith Louis Eichmann Innovations (KLEI) Copper Harmony RCA plugs use copper plated in silver and an innovative low-mass design to improve conductivity and signal transmission.
About the Construction:
I wrap the signal conductor in a PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) braided sleeve, followed by a cotton sleeve for insulation. I then apply a tinned copper braid for the return conductor and shield. I then slide on some PVC heatshrink and a Techflex multifilament nylon sleeve. See the pictures for a play-by-play.
The shield is connected to both ends of the cable since it also acts as the return conductor.
About the Builder:
I enjoy building cables and finding new ways to get people exactly what they want for their system. If what you see here is not exactly what you’re looking for, just send me a message. I am able to accommodate a wide range of lengths, colors, connector choices, and conductor materials.
