Neat Acoustics Momentum SX3i Speakers - Brand New, Sealed in Box!

This ad is for our remaining two pairs of brand new, & sealed Neat Acoustics’ Momentum SX3i Stand-mount loudspeakers. Available Finishes: One pair Limited Edition Zebano or One Pair Satin White. (Attached photos are of a previously sold, store demo pair in the Zebrano Finish.

The Momentum Model has evolved over several generations with this SX3i model being the latest version of the Momentum stand mount monitor prior to being discontinued. (The Momentum SX3i is not to be confused with the Momentum 3i Series which was the predecessor.)

Neat Acoustics has been hand crafting outstanding loudspeakers since 1989 in the Northeast of England. (Trivia: For those who may not know, NEAT actually stands for "Northeast Audio Traders") Their initial widely acclaimed success came with the original Neat Petite, Neat’s fantastic interpretation of the well known BBC LS3/5A studio monitor. More recently, many may know of Neat’s unique, ground breaking Iota Series of loudspeakers. (Now Available.)

The Momentum series represents Neat’s unique approach to isobaric cabinet design. Few companies have been so dedicated to this approach over the past two decades. This design allows for nearly full range frequency response and outstanding bass in smaller packages than typical cabinet sizes. Ultimately this approach combined with proprietary cabinet and port design results in a full frequency range as well as dynamic capabilities at all listening levels in a medium sized monitor. Perhaps Neat Acoustics’ best known feature is their commitment to pace, rhythm, attack and timing (PRAT), along with an uncanny ability to recreate correct musical timbre. Further, while rated at a moderate sensitivity level, Neat speakers yield a benign (flat) impedance making them easy to drive with modest powered tube or solid state gear. The sound of the SX3i is extremely open with large image and palpable 3D sound stage.

The SX3i is a medium-large size monitor measuring 15 in. x 8.7 in. x 10.6 in. and weighing approximately 20 pounds (each). They are capable of significant output and can pressurize a surprisingly large room given adequate power.
