There are no noticeable markings to point out but please be your own judge. Yes this item comes with double factory packing boxes, original manual and it’s high current power cord is fixed due to its high current nature. 

due to the value weight and size of factory boxes we will more than likely freight ship to buyers destination just depending on location but we ship fully insured and signature required. On freight deliveries to residential or liftgate required we will need to add a $195. This is a direct pass-through to shipper.
