Neotech OCC/Furutech FI-15(R) Power Cable, Fluoropolymer Construction

Shielded power cable, 4.5 feet in length. Assembled in the USA. During testing, this cable impressed me with its ability to open up the soundstage in my system. It also got high marks for a very low noise floor. This cable will be great for most any application but will especially shine with digital components.
About the Conductors
The live and neutral conductors are Neotech 12 gauge UP-OCC wire insulated with PTFE (Teflon). OCC wire is regarded as one of the best conductors for powered applications due to its single-crystal structure. The PTFE insulation has a very low dielectric constant, allowing for an induction-reducing tight twist on the wires while keeping capacitance low.
The ground conductor is a Southwire 12 gauge un-plated copper wire with PVC insulation. It's not fancy, and it doesn't need to be.
About the Connectors
Both the wall plug and IEC connector are Furutech FI-15 Plus (R) connectors. These connectors feature Furutech’s proprietary ultra-pure alpha-process copper plated in rhodium.
About the Construction
I put a tight twist on the live an neutral conductors, wrap the pair in a cotton sleeve, and slide a PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) braid over that. The PFA braid adds some additional insulation from the shield with both fluoropolymer and air. I then add an un-plated copper shield and a PVC jacket before wrapping the ground wire. Finally, I finish with a Techflex multifilament nylon braid for a durable protective layer. All internal connections are treated with DeOxIt G5N contact enhancer, and all mechanical connections are torqued to Furutech's specifications. See the pictures for a play-by-play.
