AUDIBLE ILLUSIONS MODULUS M3A (Reduced!)

This gem was completely recapped and upgraded ( 9/22) by Avatar Engineering a $900 service. The power supply capacitance was increased from 10,000uf to 20,000uf along with ultra fast soft recovery rectifiers. The tubes were also replaced with Tesla E88CC and Reflector 6H23N ( best in the world) matched tubes.  All transistors, mosfets, regulators, diodes etc were replaced with mil-spec matched components, along with the main power relay, ( see photo's).  Lastly the Volume attenuators were replaced with new factory upgraded Elma units! This unit performs at the same level or better than a new (3B)!  A wonderful upgrade from Audio Research or Conrad Johnson with the exception of their $20K+ reference preamps. The  MM phono section is amazing! which will outperform most megabuck phono preamps! Amazing true reference level sound at a great price that happens to be in great condition.
