These rarely come up for sale. This is a highly spec'd BAACH-SP "adio" stereo purifier with integrated DAC and music server.

It is the state-of-the-art 3D imaging and soundstage processor that corrects for stereo error to expand the soundstage to the most realistic, immersive and saturated 3D soundstage and imaging you've ever heard. It also has a very high end DAC, preamp, headphone amp, music server integrated. The power supply and stunningly beautiful chassis are sourced from MSB. 

These are never discounted and for good reason. it even tracks the placement of your head to adjust the presentation and can tailor the sound to your location and room.

This BACCH-SP "adio" is loaded with the following upgrades: 

•  BACCH-BM in ear microphones (to create filters)
• 3 band X-over network
• 64 bit EQ
• Headphone module 3D software and amp (can make your headphones sound exactly like your speakers)

Retail all in is over $30k. There is a scratch/chip on the front right corner of the chassis that is about a half inch long, but it's not really noticeable when placed on a shelf (see pictures). Before this is shipped out we will renew a transferable factory warranty and support contract. Theoretica has the best customer support I have ever experienced, often by the inventor and owner himself.       
It is controlled by a dedicated iPad with the user interface, including volume control, that i also use to control Roon. The unit will be shipped in the original box/crate.
