Velodyne DD-1812 that I've owned for 5+ years in a no-smoking, no pets home. As you can see from the pictures there is no damage, no scratches, this really looks beautiful. The unit works perfectly, is the deepest and arguably THE best subwoofer ever made. I have the original wooden crate to ship this unit in, but this is large (40" tall) and heavy (395 lb). This can only be shipped in crate (though local pick up is fine). I also have the original microphone for internal EQ, that said I do not have the s/w (would need to google) and have never use the internal EQ as I've driven off my Marantz pre-amp's room correction.
If you want THE best subwoofer, super deep bass, this is truly a one of a kind (well, I think they made 100x of them).
