Lampizator Golden Gate / Balanced / Volume control (preamp)

This unit is fully decked out; it has many bits from the early Pacific DAC, the superclocks and dac chip (not the Soekris R2R), better capacitors, etc. It sounds better than probably any GG out there. Belonged to a good friend of Lukasz Fikus, basically the highest spec available at the time it was built.

Built originally in 2017, it is again coming from the Poland factory. They have installed new firmware: “we test, measure, clean, check voltage/tubes and provide certificate”, “You don’t have to worry about this or that, the product will come to you in perfect working order”

This DAC sounds incredible - and is visually stunning.

It utilizes DHT’s (directly-heated triodes) in the analog output section. Tubes can be rolled for wide range of options of SQ. Rear-mounted switch allows use of (3) different tube types/ voltages. Comes with (4) premium KR PX4 tubes and (1) Emission Labs 5U4G rectifier installed. Can run 300B/101D/242/45/PX4 tubes. Mundorf S/G capacitors.

Huge flexibility of inputs and outputs -
Preamp section allows running direct to amplifier with analog volume control. Preamp also accept inputs for (1) single-ended/RCA, (1) balanced/XLR. Preamp outputs: (1) single-ended/ RCA, (2) balanced/XLR.
Has (4) digital inputs: USB, spdif BNC, spdif RCA, optical/toslink Full-featured remote-controller. Ball-bearing isolation anti-resonance feet.

Tons of reviews on this DAC, it’s definitely in the upper echelons of DAC’s available. Third- owner; has low hours, have multiple dacs in-house. Operational condition of this item is excellent, fully tested, 9/10. Pure analog liquid sound.

Can be upgraded at factory to GG3 level, quoted $5000.00 by Lukasz Fikus (current price of GG3 is approx $20,000.00).
