For sale are my personal Canton speakers.
They are Made in Europe and have 2 years of the original 5 year manufacturers warranty left (the warranty may not be transferrable, but in the very unlikely event you have any problems with the speakers I will try to help you file a warranty claim).
They are in mint condition and work perfectly. Their sound is absolutely amazing, very neutral but detailed and powerful. Soundstage is excellent when positioned as recommended in the user manual. Listed as Excellent condition (instead as Mint condition) only, because Audiogon only allows using the mint condition for speakers that were used for less than 1 year.
Innovations in the Chrono SL.2 series
The new SL.2 Chrono series from Canton features the high quality titanium chassis from the Vento series in the midrange and bass area. The bass area of the Chrono freestanding loudspeakers use a new double cone membrane with continuous surface. The cabinets of the loudspeakers are now deeper than the original Chrono series; and for the large freestanding loudspeaker Chrono SL 595.2 has room for two larger bass chassis with a diameter of 8 inches (200 mm). The flat base construction with bottom bass reflex openings make them look like a new type of loudspeaker and offer more flexibility in placement.
