Eico 667 vacuum tube test set

These are well made and tank like testers, that are protected by a steel case. They provide more than a basic  emission tester also, giving readings in percentages for closer matching. This one is very clean and is working well. I tested the eight pin and nine pin sockets with expected results from well known tubes. Built with high-end electronic parts supposedly.               I cleaned all switches, installed a grounded flat power cable and socket saver, and bought a new manual and tube data. These late models didn't have a tube chart. From what I read, they had a lot of inaccuracy in the roll charts and decided to eliminate them in this model.

            The tube data book is supposedly accurate, quite large, and has most of the modern tube settings along with operating instructions. Much quicker to use also. A great dependable tester . I will pick up the PP fee.
