ZMF Verite C - Closed Back Headphones

If you're reading this listing, I probably don't need to convince you how truly special ZMF phones are. The Verite C's can stand up favorably to just about any other headphones, closed or open back. Zach has continued to build on his impressive track record - these are SERIOUS headphones (just look at the travel case!). I especially love using them to listen to my old-school analog sources - vinyl and RTR tape(!). A match made in audio heaven.

You have probably also heard about the infamous wait time from placing your order to having your set manufactured and receiving them - typically at least one month (it was 3 months for mine). No worries, these are ready to ship out to you immediately.

These are the original Monkeypod wood versions in beautiful condition. The only reason I didn't rate them 10/10 is that I've had them more than 1 year. So why sell? Because I went and bought one of the few arguably better sounding headphones out there, the Abyss AB1266 Phi TC's. Do I prefer them to these . . . to a degree, yes. But the Abyss' also cost TWICE as much as the Verite's, so holding on to both isn't a realistic option for me. As the old cliché goes . . . my loss is your gain.

If you're looking for a true end-game option for closed back phones . . . these have to be on your list.
