Stax SR-009S Electrostatic Headphones [incl. stand & dust cover]

Continuing to thin out the herd. This is the Stax SR-009S Electrostatic Earspeaker.  Purchased new from HeadAmp January 2020 [original shipping statement included]. Until the 9000 came along, this was my favorite electrostat, especially on the T2, with which it was a match made in heaven. Also excellent on the Blue Hawaii. This was one of three flagship headphones in my headphone rack, the other two being the RAAL/Requisite SR1A and the Hifiman Susvara. From 2020-22, I conservatively estimate that I listened to the 009S for approximately 250 hours. That’s based on an average headphone listening time per week of 5 hours split roughly equally between the three headphones.

As you can see, the headphones are in excellent shape. All adjustments work properly, leatherette is soft and smooth, finish almost appears unused. SQ is excellent. WEood case is completely intact, as are all paddins inside. Owners manual & original box included. Includes 10-foot OEM cable, Stax stand, Stax dust cover. Will be shipped in the same box HeadAmp shipped it to me.
