Sonus Faber Electa Amator III

I absolutely LOVE the sound of these speakers. Massive Sonus Faber DNA Sound. Each speaker is solid and heavy. They are so beautiful. I have really enjoyed my time with these.

Lovely imaging and soundstage - They liked being a little close to the front wall and toed-in towards your nose. Near-Field listening at its best...! I sit about 7' from them and was engulfed in musicality and emotion.

I did run them with a pair of REL Subs for a spell. The subs rounded out the bottom, but they took up a lot of space and getting them dialed-in was always a pain. I know everybody says this, but they do but out a lovely amount of satisfying bass for a speaker not much larger than a shoe box.

The stands are also gorgeous.

I bought these as demos from a SF Dealer.

Why am I selling them...? Time for something new.
