Class A+ Stereophile rated. Upgradable firmware, so it sounds like a recent, new unit. This DAC started its life in 2014 as a Perfect Wave DAC. It has been upgraded to a Direct Steam DAC, which required the replacement of most of the internal electronics, including the mother board. This was a factory upgrade. The Bridge II was added, a $900 add on allowing hard wired Ethernet streaming.
I will include the LANRover USB Transporter without cables or power supply. It comes with a remote control, but the upgrade means this is a line-of-sight remote control. New power cord.
The label on the front is smeared and there are hairline scratches on the top visible in direct sunlight. You are seeing clouds in the photos.
