Just taken on trade. A very nice 299b. It functions well and sounds amazing. A few years ago it went in for service. A lot of electrolytic and film caps were replaced (see closeup). Pots and Switches have been cleaned w Deoxit5. All tubes have been tested. Sovtek Output tubes replaced less than a year ago. This one of the most sought after Scotts around. The scratch filter was bypassed but could easily be wired back if you want it original. The scratch on its face is a bit amplified by the flash of the camera. Looks much better in person. I would really prefer Zelle or Venmo (I loathe paypal). It can be discussed. Ins costs must be added post sale as you likely know with Audiogon.
