This is the legendary highly regarded Don Sachs Model 2 tube preamplifier, acquired in an estate sale, so no history is available, but based on the rest of the system the owner had, he was a true audiophile with a passion for quality. This model was obviously operated with great care as it is in immaculate condition and sounds absolutely wonderful.
