Just taken on trade and in its original box. It is in simply fantastic condition. I listened to it before removal and it sounds wonderful. Truly an american classic at this point in time. Build quality is amazing. The unit has its remote I just failed to include in photos. The shipping will require add'l money to insure. I will quote that post sale. I would appreciate zelle/venmo or paypal friends/family.
The mechanical quality is fantastic
and all circuit wiring is point to point with Cardas wire. Cardas
jacks are also featured and the usual cast of high quality characters
(Holco, Vishay, MIT, etc.) are all present and accounted for. In
addition to very high quality parts, the power supply is massive and
features tube rectification and regulation. While some will argue the
merits of solid-state rectification vs. tubes, personally I have always
found tube rectification a touch more musical in a preamp. You
will have to be the ultimate judge on this one, but I think Mr. Barber
has hit a home run here.

| You sure it’s a LAP-150? LAP meant it has a phono stage built in, the back sticker says it’s a LA-150, meaning it’s just a preamp. You are correct sir. Several fellas have chimed in to get me straight. |
