Van Morrison Back On Top on Simply Vinyl, extremely rare

This is a near mint copy of Van Morrison's Back On Top LP on Simply Vinyl, very rare. This came from an impulsive collector of everything (clothes etc.) who rarely used/wore/played the items he bought. I played it once, and when I removed it from the sleeve there was not a single speck of dust, which indicates it wasn't actually played, though the seal was broken. I played it once through, so maximum it was played twice. I sat on it for two years before playing it just recently, not knowing what it was. I discovered while listening to it. It is complete with printed insert/songs etc., original onionskin sleeve, original outer heavy plastic sleeve. There are a few very small creases here and there on the jacket, photographed, and a slightly crunched corner, a result of storage, photographed. No ring, wearing or other signs of age/use. Other than actually still sealed/new, you will not find more perfect vinyl. Will be packed carefully strapped to hardboard to ensure it arrives in the same condition it is now. Buyer pays actual cost of shipping.
