SB-301 Power Amplifier
For technical thinking the SB-301 stage is a two-channel class AB amplifier that delivers 300 W at 8 ohms.
For a not so technical thought it means that it is a really stable amplifier when the speakers demand a lot of current to handle the low frequencies without distortion, or the highs with the detail and elegance that allow it to face less efficient speakers. The operating temperature is lower than that found in class A designs because the unit uses a class AB design.
The SB-301 occupies a niche in audio systems for those people who really love dynamic sound such as movies, orchestral pieces and of course music at high volumes.
The physical construction of the SB-301 stage is based on the SA series design, therefore it has the same unmistakable aesthetics as class A products. In fact, much of that technology is derived from this electronic topology.
This power stage delivers all the dynamics, elegance, and transparency that Plinius is known for. Like all Plinius products, it is a very reliable product and will once again raise the challenge of difficult working conditions.

AMPLIFIER SETUP SELECTOR
The rear panel switch allows the amplifier to be configured in stereo RCA or XLR mode.

TRIGGER INPUT
When we connect to the trigger output of a preamplifier, the amplifier leaves the standby mode, being prepared for when the preamplifier disconnects from the same state.

GROUND SWITCH
Allows the ground signal to be isolated from the main chassis ground. It can help you in resolving unwanted ground loops due to ground path duplication in some systems.

WBT AND NEUTRIK CONNECTORS
