Jadis Orchestra Black

This is a luxury audio piece with a first class sound. I bought it in February 2023 from the original owner when the unit was still in a sealed box, so in fact I am the first and only person to have used the amp. The unit was fitted originally with Jadis EL34´s tubes, but few weeks after purchasing it one of the tubes failed, so I had to send the amp to an official (authorized) technical service in California. Almost $1000 later (shipping both ways, service and new tubes, and, since I was not the first owner, they didn't honor the warranty. Invoice will be included), the amp came back with a wonderful quad of the more "robust" and very expensive Golden Lion KT77`s (it can use EL34`s, 6CA7´s, and KT77´s, basically the same tubes, electrically). It has performed like a champion since then, Jadis sound at its best (but not more than 10-20 hours on the new tubes) So, please, potential buyers be aware  that this is NOT a self biased amplifier; when the time comes to  change the tubes (but that should not happen in many many years from now) you need to use the official technical service for Jadis or at least a qualified technician. There are 4 bias pots inside, one next to each tube, so if you know how to use a multimeter is not that difficult, but the area belongs to the  400+ volts world, so better not even to think about it. The amp is in perfect condition (maybe some  unavoidable swirls on the beautiful chrome from cleaning) and I am selling it for the final price of $3200 with insured shipping and PayPal fees included in price: so $3200 delivered to buyer`s address in the CONUS (Only the tubes are around $500). It comes with power cable, remote, manual, original triple box, and anything that came inside the box. Retail price, I believe, is $3995 with the L34´s, but I am sure is more expensive if you order the amp with the 6CA7`s or the KT77`s. Driver tubes are also Golden Lion, 2 x 12A7, also new.
