Verity Audio AMP-60

 

We have several pieces of new and like new, Verity Audio Monsalvat electronic components available. This offering is for our AMP-60 2-channel, high current, amplifier in a two-tone Black & Silver finish. (Also available: Two AMP 60s in grey and One AMP-200 in two tone Black & Silver.)

Firstly, we need to outline several important points surrounding Verity Audio's  "Out of Business" status. Contrary to many of the rumors we had heard as to the cause of the failure, Verity's venture into electronics was outsourced to a extrenely high end designer/manufacturer and had little to do with the circumstances surrounding the Verity Audio closure.

More importantly for the purposes of this ad, the designer/manufacturer of Verity's electronics was not and is not affected by the Verity closing. The manufacturer remains fully operational and in business for support, repairs, and or modifications of all Verity Electronics. For this reason, we will be offering a 12 month warranty, parts and labor, for any issues that may arise. Frankly, these units do not fail!)

Regarding performance, it is unfortunate that more discriminating audio enthusiasts did not have the opportunity to be exposed to these amplifiers. It is impossible to describe the impeccable build quality, aesthetic beauty and spectacular performance. These products were conceived and designed to compete with the highest quality, high priced brands on the market. (e.g. Boulder, Griffin, FM Acoustic, CH Precision, Nagra, D'Agostino, Soulution, Ypsilon, etc. We've had them all in our shop.) We could go on and on presenting specific contrasts but suffice to say, if in the market for a high current statement amplifier, these amps absolutely need to be considered!

It should be emphasized that the 60W rating on the AMP-60 is extremely conservative by design and will comfortably power most moderate efficiency speakers that other 60w amplifiers cannot. For those with the larger, reference grade speakers, such as Magico, Rockport, Wilson, Tidal, MBL, Sonus Faber, and others, consider stepping up to the AMP-200 and erase any concerns about inadequate power. The AMP-200 last retailed for $75K, We can offer our remaining unit for $29,950 with full one year OEM warranty.

Finally, we are the first to understand that twenty or thirty thousand dollars is a substantial amount of money for a product no longer actively manufactured. That said, I could rattle off quite a few long past products that are widely considered worthy of current ownership, and that's without warranty. Please note once again that we are providing a 1 Year Full Parts & Labor Warranty and will consider a return policy, should the amp simply fail to impress. We're that confident in this product!
