This is the NEW DC re-design of the best-in-class D8000 Pro. 

I had the previous D8000 Pro model, and sent it back for repairs due to the common rattling/crackling noise during bass-heavy passages. Final instead sent me a brand new D8000 DC Pro, the new, lighter, rattle-free, re-designed version which builds on the legendary strengths of the previous D8000 Pro. I had already purchased the DC, and so I have this brand new-in-box unit to sell, fresh from the Final workshop, to someone who will appreciate it. 

This is my favorite planar magnetic design, gripping, lifelike, accurate, perfectly balanced to accurately convey deep musical detail as well as full emotional insight.  Its such a sweet-spot headphone, still in its manufacturer's packing, only opened and inspected. 

It is a phenomenal, elegant, nuanced, detailed, all-around near-perfect headphone.  If I didn't have one already, there's no way I'd sell this! As it is exactly what you'd receive if you purchased it from a Final dealer, it comes complete with Final's silver-plated cables from Junkosha, in XLR and 4.4mm balanced configuration. The headphone accepts 3.5mm connectors, whether Final's own locking design, those terminated for Hifiman's models which use 3.5mm connectors, or many others of that size.
