I know that the first owner and I (the second) have taken excellent care of this Ref 5 SE. It comes with the factory box, factory tube storing box, remote, power cord, manual, gloves for tube changing and even the screwdriver. It has 6534 hours on it, but only about 40 on a complete set of new factory authorised tubes. In addition, there is an extra set of tubes that have only 2k hours on them. (They last about 4k hours).
