Magnepan 3.3 speakers

Up for sale is a virtually new pair of Magnepan 3.3 ribbon speakers. If you are reading this listing you know how good these sound. I bought them from a certified Magnepan dealer who had taken them on trade. In September of 2009, I sent them back to Magnepan and had them gone through completely. They installed all new drivers, including the ribbons, checked the circuitry and replaced the socks. The wood has always been pristine so I would defy anyone to distinguish these from the 3.7s that replaced them in my system (I almost got away with fooling the wife. Almost.) They have less than 200 hours on them so they are probably not fully broken in yet.

I also purchased the Cardas jumpers which will be included in the sale along with the original crossover networks. Even the boxes are brand new, so these are as close to a new pair of 3.3s as you will find. The only thing that might give them away are a few very light scuff marks on the feet. But that would be like meeting Sophia Loren and noticing her shoes are scuffed. I mean, come on!

The price does not include shipping or PayPal fees. Local pickup would be preferred but arrangements can be made with a trucking firm since they are too heavy for FedEx. (At Magnepan's suggestion, we used Old Dominion when we shipped them back to the factory.)
