This preamp is in great cosmetic condition. This peramp comes with remote, operational and quick hook up manuel. There are no cracks or blemeshes on the glass face plate. I am the seconed owner of this unit. I have owned it for 6 years. The unit is fully operational and I usually leave it on all of the time. I have noticed that when I do turn the unit off, on cold start it takes a couple of minutes before the right channel kicks in. Once on, there are no problems. I rated it a 7 because of this issue and age. I did send the unit to Audio Classics a few yaers ago to have it looked over. They reported unit as "up to specs" and found no problems. In fact, this preamp will ship in the double box that I received when Audio Classics sent it back to me.
