After contacting Aerial Acoustics, they told me that these are 5B's based on the fact that the grills are cloth w/ a wood frame and plastic pegs. The 5 has a foam grill. The nameplate will only say Model 5 even if it is a 5B . Sorry for the confusion.
Pair of Aerial Acoustics Model 5 Speakers, finished in smooth black. These are in Excellent condition, 9/10 for age. I bought them used in 2005, and they've been stored in their original packing ever since. Never set them up, had planned to use them as rear speakers for home theater setup.

| Those are the original tweeters? Thought the original 5's had some sort of felt around the tweeters? Thanks for pointing that out. It's been so long since I bought them that I vaguely remember the previous owner saying they were updated to 5B. I'm not 100% sure, I'll have to do a little research. |
