Jefferson Airplane / Starship Surrealistic Pillows MONO in NM- Condition Great Copy- Vintage Original Pressing.

Truly historic, collectible and groundbreaking record. Vinyl like this is as much an investment as it is an enjoyment. J. Garcia musical and spiritual director.

Cover: NM Smooth fantastic color, not faded, flat and not smelly or funky. Intact cover sharp corners, no ringwear. Record has not been opened or handled much. Original inner cover is intact bright and not faded or stained. However, it does have a seam split (easy fix).

Vinyl: NM- Good gloss and minor spindle wear. Two superficial and noiseless scratches on one side. This plays quiet with no skips or weirdness. Flat and round, with good sheen and excellent sonics. This record was recorded in mono, the stereo version is faux-stereo. I have both, the mono is superior, by far.

Condition is subjective, please spend a moment or two to zoom in and decide for yourself if this is a record you wish to invest in. To truly enjoy this record get an original copy, original mix and in a condition that does not compromise the sonics and provides full range sound. Get a copy, like this, that you can actually listen to at a rockin' volume.

None of my records have been cleaned with a machine or with a multi-step professional process. All could probably benefit from such care.

Pictures taken both with and without flash. In person colors really pop and look right. No fading, smell etc.
