Virtually brand new, maybe 10 total hours on them. These are the killer box plate version. Purchased a month or two ago from Upscale Audio. I should still have the receipt, too, and can include it. These are a platinum matched pair (perfect match, ultra low microphonics and noise). Everything is included. I went through a major bout of tube rolling for a new amplifier and I need to finance the next purchase now. See my ads for other NOS pairs.
