Receiver is about 9 years old and always worked fine until recently. A month ago, it made a clicking sound and the sound went off. Nothing simple, like powering off, would make sound work. Since was already in process to upgrade to another Denon, didn't do anything to find out what was wrong with it. A Magnolia guy said it probably needs a part replaced. Will ship the AVR-2310CI for $1.00 in condition "AS IS" when buyer pays the shipping cost. Don't believe the receiver is scrap, an knowledgeable person may be able to replace a part and have a good piece of equipment.
