The S6 is a six-source by six-zone integrated audio preamp controller and power amplifier. It allows up to six audio sources to be accessed independently by up to 12 keypads located in six separate zones. And with 12 channels of amplification at 40 watts per channel built right in, the S6 provides the kind of sound quality you’ve come to expect from ELAN.
The S6 is compatible with all ELAN keypads and touch panels, and, unlike other basic multi-zone systems, the S6 sends important user-feedback to keypads and touch panels connected to the system, giving you the status of Power, Source Selected, Do-Not-Disturb, Whole-House Music, System On/Off, Zone On/Off, Mute and more.
