For sale: one of the best bang for the buck DACs around, the Pacific Valve Brigatta. No Scratches. Very light use. One owner. Purchased from Pacific Valve in March of 2010.
Notes from Pacific Valve:
The Brigatta uses the PCM1704UK DAC 60 as its base and modifies circuitry and components to achieve a stunning life-like presentation of digital recorded material.
USB was the driver.
The Brigatta is not just another SPDIF DAC with a USB converter inside. The Brigatta uses the Musiland Monitor 01 hardware and software handshake to transmit data packets with the least amount of error transmission. Then we modified the Musiland Monitor's circuit to reduce any jitter during the conversion to SPDIF. The result is a new dimension and realism in USB sound. The Brigatta is one of the few DACs on the market to offer reliable, low-jitter and resolute 96K support from USB.
