Current model Boulder 1008 phono amplifier.
I'm not the first owner but in like new condition. See pictures.

This unit has higher build quality than any component I've ever owned. When you operate the front buttons, you get the impression it will last forever.

Perhaps the most complete feature set found on any high-end phono amplifier:
100% Balanced design providing 70db gain (enough even for my low-output Lyra Etna SL cartridge)
Two balanced inputs (set of Boulder-manufactured RCA/XLR adapters included if your tonearm is wired single-ended and you don't want to rewire balanced)
Two balanced outputs (Great for recording)
Mono Switch
Pre-RIAA Equalization Curves (EMI, Columbia, FFRR (Decca/London)
Mute Button
Low-cut Rumble Filter

Google the reviews by Michael Fremer and Tone Audio.

This phono amp is as quiet as any solid-state phono amp I've heard in my system.
Very low distortion and excellent tonality.

Perhaps the only feature missing is front-panel adjustability of input impedance. Boulder felt that would compromise the sound too much and provides resistors on pull-out circuit boards for adjusting impedance. If you read the reviews you'll find the reviewers felt the factory-supplied 100 Ohm resistors were ideal and they were indeed for my system. However, I found a good source for ultra-precision Vishay bare metal foil resistors and I am including two sets of highest precision resistors at two other values (see photo) which you can use if you want to play with the input impedance.

I am selling the Boulder, along with a few other components from my system, to finance the purchase of a very high-end (and very expensive) phono amp.
