This was a very well reviewed and still is a wonderful
sounding THX certified audio processor/pre-amp with video switching,
independent multizone capabilities, and AM/FM tuner. It does not have
HDMI in or out, but will pass 1080p via component video. It will not
internally decode Blu Ray high definition audio codecs like Dolby TrueHD
or DTS-HD Master Audio, although you can decode these in a Blu Ray
player with analog outputs and then pass them through the Anthem via its
analog
inputs. Please note that the front and back pictures are just for
illustration and were not taken of the actual item being sold, which is
