SVS AS-EQ1 Subwoofer Equalizer

The SVS AS-EQ1 is an Audyssey MultEQXT32 stand alone implementation. This unit was worth every penny. I was able to enjoy the best bass improvement in my system, beating out the Velodyne SMS-1 and DD-12 units I had previously. I have updated to the Marantz 7702mkII and no longer have a need for this unit.

It is designed to work with the subwoofer output of a receiver or home theater processor. This includes integration with an Audyssey (or other sound correction system) equipped receiver/processor if you have one. It can independently equalize two subwoofers in different room locations - even if your receiver / processor only has one subwoofer output.

The AS-EQ1 does require a computer for setup. You plug a measurement microphone into the unit and a USB connection from the unit to your laptop. Software on the laptop walks you through the configuration and setup. The software runs on XP, Vista, and Win7. I have an Lenovo T400S laptop with Win XP available for an additional $75 + shipping.

I bought this factory direct 12/31/2010. It is in excellent condition, comes with all original accessories, materials, and the factory double box. I have also packed a USB cable, and a CD with the last software version.
