I have had many receivers including Marantz and Anthem and I believe this to be the best!!
I purchased it from an authorized dealer on 4/12/17 and I have since decided to sell most of my gear and do only stereo.

| I have Martin Logan's that dip pretty low on impedance. Can this drive 2-4 ohm loads ok all channels driven? Thx I have no clue...I don't run speakers that dip that low and I have a dedicated two channel amp for my mains. It ran my center and 6 surrounds with no problems at quite loud levels. I would guess you would want a dedicated amp with your towners. I owned a marantz sr6011 before this and this sounds better in every single way. What are you using now?

| Pioneer elite. Runs them pretty good but this has the Saber dac The yamaha has a Sabre DAC as well.
