Epson Video PowerLite 5020ub HD Projector, 3D!

Excellent condition Epson 5020UB 3D Hi-Definition projector for sale.  Unit is a little over two years old with only 857 hours on the original bulb.  Unit was always used on the Eco setting and the bulb is rated at 5000 hours in that mode.  The filter was cleaned about every three months and looks as good as new.  This is as close to new as you're going to find one.  Unit comes from a pet free/smoke free home and was meticulously cared for.  The unit comes with all original accessories, manual and two pairs of un-used 3D glasses.  The remote was only used twice; once during initial setup and again when I had the unit professionally calibrated.

A few operational notes: if you use the Auto-Iris function, and sit directly below the projector, during very quite scenes, you may hear the iris over the fan. I have sensitive hearing, but in the two dozen or so family members who watched a movie on the unit, only one made a comment about the Iris noise.  Also, about every two dozen power cycles, the fan will reverse and back-flush the filter.  This is normal and takes about 60 seconds to complete.  The unit worked flawless for me and has a very nice picture.
