The projector performs flawlessly and cosmetically the condition is pristine, not a scratch or mark that we could see. The projector was run 98% of the time in low mode, but for the occasional 3D movie. The projector was only
used for movies, as there is no cable or satellite/FiOS TV in our customer's theater, explaining the ridiculously low hours (which can be verified on the units hour-meter display.)

A new in box lamp ($560 value) will be included FREE with
the projector purchase. The projector was professionally calibrated at a cost
of $500, and will arrive performing beautifully right out of the box.

This projector has spent its entire service life  in a dedicated theater which is air conditioned, fully humidity controlled year round, with sophisticated air filtration
(central and an auxiliary HEPA unit in the theater).

The home has a whole house surge protector, plus the owner has a 20 amp SurgeX SX1120RT and PurePower +2000 AC power regenerator / battery UPS, to ensure ensure this projector never took any damaging surges and never lost power while on.

This projector is presently converged needing a digital adjustment
of only 0/0, 2/2, which contributes to its incredibly sharp picture.
