Quad 99 Preamp

I have rated this as a 7/10 due more to its age, perfect front plate. I have been using it in my own system for a number of years and it works flawlessly. Over the many years I have always used Quad amps/preamps from the Quad II, 303, 405, 606 and changing to the new Elite. The matching power amp is also listed here on Audiogon.
