A splendid Quicksilver full function preamplifier for sale. This preamp was purchased along an equally lovely set of KT-88 mono amplifiers from the original owner. They sound wonderful together but the preamp also works very well with number of other amps as well. This is truly in excellent condition with no cosmetic flaws that I can find. The face plate essentially looks perfect. Nonetheless, I am rating at 8/10 to be conservative. The preamp is incredibly well built with an enormous power supply and thus is heavy. The unit uses (2) 6x4 rectifier tubes which have given me no problems.
All tubes were just replaced with the exception of the rectifier tubes. The unit looks and sounds great. The original shipping container is included.
